The Space Between (Diptych)
The Space Between is a diptych exploring the idea of presence, memory, and transformation—the unseen moments that shape us and the marks we leave behind.
Each canvas begins with my signature Imprint Pour technique, where abstract rose motifs are firstly stencilled in deep violet onto the surface. From there, multiple translucent layers of rich acrylics—in deep magentas, indigos, soft silvers, and flashes of muted pink—flow across the surface, creating a sense of movement, depth, and quiet power. Culminating with the metallic rose gold stencil on the painting surface.
The delicate dance between the fluid paint and the bold, grounded stencil shapes creates a visual tension between structure and freedom, form and flow. Together, the two canvases speak to the spaces that exist between moments, between breaths, between who we were and who we are becoming.
