FroyleArt Creative Academy | 100 Days of Collage
Class 10: Textures of Travel in Collage (Day 64- 70)
Welcome back to the studio!
Every journey leaves behind traces—maps, tickets, stamps, photographs and memories that can be transformed into art. In this class, we’ll explore how travel can inspire rich, layered collages that capture both real experiences and imagined destinations.
Across seven creative projects, you’ll work with postal artefacts, maps, keepsakes and collected fragments, using them to tell stories of movement, memory and possibility. Some pages may reflect places you’ve visited, while others may lead you somewhere entirely new.
This class is an invitation to create your own visual travelogue—one that honours where you’ve been, celebrates what you’ve discovered and leaves room for the journeys still ahead.
Let’s follow where the journey leads.

Your Creative Journey
Studio Reflection
Every journey changes the way we see.
The places we visit, the objects we collect and the memories we carry all become part of our creative story. Even a small fragment—a stamp, a ticket or a torn piece of a map—can hold the feeling of another time and place.
Art allows us to travel in many ways: back through memory, outward through discovery and forward through imagination.
