Before The Waka Arrived (61 x 61cm)

900.00

When I met my brother Brownie, he recited our whakapapa, a history of ancestors tracing right back to before the first waka arrived. He incorporated a connection to the spiritual realm and the creation of the universe. I felt such an incredible sense of belonging and this experience healed within me a feeling of abandonment that I had carried all my life.

It is a vital part of the human experience to know where we belong and where we are connected. My hope is that you sense the peace and hope in knowing you are a vital part of the universe, you belong and you matter.
